The Pula cemetery should soon be expanded to an additional five thousand square meters and more than a thousand burial places with an investment of 1.5 million euros.We have submitted request for location permit, and during the year we will focus on the development of the project and the construction permit. Municipal company Monte Giro, which manages the Pula cemeteries, is making the investment independently.

City trading company Monte Giro, with the consent of the City of Pula and with the help of the competent city departments, prepare and contract for the expansion of the cemetery in Štinjan by 869 square meters, which is planned to be completed by the end of the year. Financing of the investment will be provided from Monte Giro's own financing sources and other sources.

The problems with the existing administration building are not from yesterday, and earlier the former administration was thinking about moving. One of the biggest problems is definitely parking, since there are mostly residential buildings in our immediate vicinity, so users of our services have a lot of trouble finding parking. Also, the building in which we are currently located should be renovated, but it is more worthwhile to build a new facility than to invest significant financial resources in the renovation of the existing building. The idea is to put the building in Kaštanjer where we are located now on the market and sell it. This amount would finance the construction of a new administrative building
